Absolutely loved our night in the Studio suite at the Parker House. Parking was easy and free, location was great proximity for us to walk downtown for dinner and the concert we were attending.
It felt very warm and inviting, it was clean and I loved the way it was decorated/finished. Super cute. Also, despite being a basement suite – it felt very open and bright with the blinds open. We agreed that whenever we have to stay in town for an event now – we’ll definitely stay at Parker House. The rates were more than comparable, and we really enjoyed the ease of checking in/accessing everything with a door code.

Nice place to stay when you’re in Sudbury. I stayed in the Alder suite – small kitchen (has microwave, fridge, small stove), with good bedroom and spacious bathroom. Large soaking tub, separate shower. Free wifi, & TV. No hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay when you’re in Sudbury!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was very clean, smelled fresh, and was very quiet. We stayed in the Alder suite and it was aesthetically pleasing. Very nice decor and furnishings. It was beautiful and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, spacious room with kitchenette and ample parking. Very clean. Really sweet, personal touches like thick, fresh bathrobes and chocolates on the bed to greet us. Highly recommended. Restaurants to try: Rosy’s Corner for fantastic Mexican and Gloria’s Restaurant for the best breakfast I’ve had for a while!
